A CONSULTATIVE APPROACH FOR EACH CLIENT
Our goal is to at least double the revenues of each client we serve. While we cannot always achieve this goal for every client, that is our mind-set. We have a revenue-growth orientation.
To accomplish this goal, we need to become your long-term partner. We have the greatest impact on our clients when we serve them over multiple years. Why? It takes time to come to understand our clients, their marketplace, their competitors, their teams and how they like to operate. The better we understand these dynamics, the better we serve our clients.
We prefer to envision client relationships through the lens of a three-year plan. We begin working with each client by focusing on where they want to be in near future, usually within three years. While we do not ask our clients to sign a three-year agreement, we prefer to begin each new client relationship with a three-year focus.
We do offer some project-oriented engagements, but very few.
At the beginning of a relationship, we engage in an exploratory call to see if we are the right fit for you and you are the right fit for us. If we mutually agree that we can have a major impact on your firm, then we proceed to a discovery process.
In the discovery process, we prefer to interview five people at your organization and ask them a series of questions about your goals, opportunities and challenges. Out of this, we create a statement of your current-state and your desired future-state. Then we develop a plan that fits your budget to cross the gap from current-state to future-state.
