Getting Started With The Shattuck Group

We always welcome the opportunity to enter the exploratory process with new firms to see if there might be a good fit. We make this process as simple as possible with our five step engagement model.

Our Engagement Model

This exploratory process is comprised of five distinct stages:

In the complimentary Marketing Health Checkup, our founder, Randy Shattuck, speaks directly with a senior executive at a prospective client and asks 10 key questions. From there, both Mr. Shattuck and the executive mutually assess if it is appropriate to move to next steps.

In the Discovery phase, a representative from The Shattuck Group interviews up to five key people and asks them about 60 questions. This information is used to develop a SWOT analysis that forms the basis of the Requirements Definition document. The agreed upon requirements form the basis of a Scope of Services. As soon as the scope is finalized, Engagement begins.
